We store the details of people who access our downloads in order to provide effective download services to them. This information is only used to provide secure access to resources and for other closely related services, such as gaining feedback on the service or conducting surveys.

When you call us, we collect Calling Line Identification (CLI) information. We use this information to improve efficiency and effectiveness of call handling services.

We store your contact information and any email sent to us, including attachments, may be monitored and used by us for security reasons and for monitoring compliance with policy. Email monitoring or blocking software may also be used. You have a responsibility to ensure that any email you send to us is within the bounds of the law.
We use your contact information to respond to your queries and to ensure that your email is managed appropriately. Contact information may be added to CRM systems for the purpose of managing your communication from receipt to closure.
- PEOPLE WHO USE OUR SERVICES
We store the details of people who use our services and use this information to provide the service to them. We may also use this information for related services, such as surveys and feedback.
- JOB APPLICANTS, CURRENT OR FORMER EMPLOYEES
When individuals apply to work for us, we use the information they supply to us to process their application and to monitor the recruitment process. When we want to disclose information to a third-party – for example where we want to take up a reference – we will inform the applicant beforehand unless we are prohibited from doing so by law.
Personal information about unsuccessful candidates is held for 12 months after the recruitment process has been completed, after which it is destroyed or deleted. We retain anonymised statistical information about applicants to review our recruitment process, but no individuals are identifiable from that data.
Once a person has taken up employment, we will compile a file relating to their employment. The information contained in this will be kept secure and will only be used for purposes directly relevant to that person’s employment. Once their employment with us has ended, we will retain the file in accordance with our legal obligations and then delete it.
